Most of our
off-grid systems can be setup to intertie with grid power and
sell solar back to the electric company. By using an Outback inverter,
these systems offer the best of both worlds: power backup for
outages, and the ability to sell back power and reduce your monthly
bill. These systems don't need large battery banks, so maintenance
free batteries can be used. they require more complicated wiring
to backup house circuits. These make more sense in more rural
areas with frequent outages.
